Requirements to join:

1.- You need to have 1300 on any Tier.
       - And be able to maintain and improve its rankings.

2.- You will be tested by some HP members.
       - Serga: Any Category Tester.
       - Cx: OU & UU Tester.
       - R.Zoro: NU Tester.

3.- The new player must maintain a good ranking using our tag.

4.- You must be registered in our forums.
